Complete Your Clinic Roster

The VetPowerment clinic roster plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration and synergy within your organization. This guide is designed to help you effectively fill out the roster, ensuring that VetPowerment accurately identifies working groups tailored to your organizational structure. 

Filling out the roster:

1. Why it Matters:
   1. The clinic roster connects you with team members in similar roles and/or locations. This is important when drilling down the data when results become available.  
2. It’s Flexible:
   1. Roster configurations are adjustable; update as needed once the portal is live.
3. Team Unity:
   1. Everyone’s input matters; include the whole team. 
   2. Avoid singling out – let the spirit of teamwork flow.

About Roles: 

1. “Role” refers to the function, not just the job title.
   1. I.e. RVT, LVT, Vet Tech, and Vet Assistant may all fall under the same role of “Technician”.  
2. Handling Multifunctional Roles: 
3. For employees with multiple roles, choose the primary role that best suits the individual for the matrix. Post-setup, team members can be associated with multiple groups. 
4. Handling Leadership
5. For lead technicians or head veterinarians, maintain their role as Veterinarian or Technician, and we can adjust their system access level to ensure they oversee their team. This can be configured when setting up responsibilities and relationships in the portal.

Quick tips:

1. Minimum Team Members:
   1. Ensure each location, department, or role has at least four individuals.
      1. This is done to ensure 100% anonymity
2. For Organizations with 10-25 people:
   1. You may find that the fields of department and role are the same. This is OK! 
3. For Organization > 25 people:
   1. You can become much more segmented if you have at least four people in any location, department, and role combination.
