How often can we see our results?
Once 6 weeks of data have been collected, results are updated weekly
Who can see the clinic’s results?
Individual employees can see their own personal scores. Only designated people at the management level can see the practice’s results.
Can my entire team join?
Yes! An unlimited number of team members can join. Plans start at $7.00 per person with discounts available for larger clinics. See the Pricing page for more details.
How does the billing work?
You will enter your credit card and we will conveniently bill you monthly automatically and send an invoice to your inbox!
How long does it take to get certified?
We look for clinics to have an average EPIC score of 8 or higher for 6 months’ time. When you reach that point, you’ll earn your certification for the year!
Do you offer professional consultation and coaching?
Yes! We have consultation packages available from our professional partners at Oculus Insights.
How long does it take to answer each employee survey?
Each survey is only 7-10 questions long and users don’t need to write anything unless they choose to. On average it takes between 2 and 5 minutes.
Do we have to sign up for the whole year?
Nope! The service is billed monthly for your convenience.
